iOS 8 Camera Photo Samples on iPhone 5s UnTouched

In September 9th, in San Francisco , Apple unveiled the new iOS 8 . It confirmed virtually all of the rumors that surrounded it, looking identical to the iOS 7 in looks but having upgraded internal functions .  It houses the revolutionary 64-bit processing , coupled with an additional M7 Motion Control Coprocessing. It has the fingerprint sensor and as expected,  the camera system has been greatly improved.

It doesn’t have the 12 or 13 Megapixel snapper that we thought it would have, staying instead with the 8 Megapixel iSight camera already on the iPhone 5. However, the camera features themselves have been upgraded:  it does have a bigger f/2.2 aperture; the image sensor itself is larger and there is much better image stabilization. It has the heavily rumored True Tone dual LED flash that cleverly works out exactly how much light each shot needs to be perfect, and it has a couple of new features – Burst and Slo-Mo.

Apple have placed a gallery of photos on their website, all taken with the new camera so you can see exactly what it has to offer in terms of quality photography. They also have a new tagline to complement the upgrade –  “It just makes more sense to teach iPhone how to take a great picture rather than teach people how to be expert photographers.”

Both the native Camera and Photo apps have also been upgraded on iOS 7,with new features being added in, such as Square camera mode, in-app filters and easier switching between camera modes.
